Funcionamiento
Vibratory disk feeder sorts disordered caps mouth-up; conveyor delivers caps to the indexing plate. Stations: (1) cap infeeding, (2) sensor 1, (3) silica gel filling, (4) sensor 2, (5) liner die-cutting and inserting, (6) sensor 3, (7-8) first and second heating groups, (9) cooling and shaping, (10) rejection, (11) outlet. Sensors at each step detect cap, gel, and liner; if any step fails, heating is skipped to avoid cap damage and the cap is rejected. End-of-line linear vibrator dedusts. Siemens PLC + HMI with VFD; touch screen and rotary knobs for operation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Vibratory disk feeder sorts disordered caps mouth-up; conveyor delivers caps to the indexing plate.
2Stations: (1) cap infeeding, (2) sensor 1, (3) silica gel filling, (4) sensor 2, (5) liner die-cutting and inserting, (6) sensor 3, (7-8) first and second heating groups, (9) cooling and shaping, (10) rejection, (11) outlet.
