Vibratory disk feeder sorts disordered caps mouth-up; conveyor delivers caps to the indexing plate. Stations:(1) cap infeeding,(2) sensor 1,(3) silica gel filling,(4) sensor 2,(5) liner die-cutting and inserting,(6) sensor 3,(7-8) first and second heating groups,(9) cooling and shaping,(10) rejection,(11) outlet. Sensors at each step detect cap, gel, and liner; if any step fails, heating is skipped to avoid cap damage and the cap is rejected. End-of-line linear vibrator dedusts. Siemens PLC + HMI with VFD; touch screen and rotary knobs for operation.
