Funcionamiento
Air-over-pressure mixed sterilization: clean steam and compressed air are forced through the load by one or more high-energy two-speed blowers, providing fast heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution. Process: preparation → vacuum → heat-up (steam injected) → sterilization at 126 °C, 0.25 MPa with air over-pressure to balance container pressure → cooling (cooling water through internal coils condenses the steam-air mixture; cool air flows over the load to evaporate surface water) → drying → end. Optional hot-air drying for products with high dryness requirement.
Proceso de funcionamiento
