Air-over-pressure mixed sterilization: clean steam and compressed air are forced through the load by one or more high-energy two-speed blowers, providing fast heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution. Process: preparation→ vacuum→ heat-up(steam injected) → sterilization at 126 °C, 0.25 MPa with air over-pressure to balance container pressure→ cooling(cooling water through internal coils condenses the steam-air mixture; cool air flows over the load to evaporate surface water) → drying→ end. Optional hot-air drying for products with high dryness requirement.
