SED-570-450XSJ-A — Blister/Thermoforming Packaging Sealer

Pressure-vacuum (combined positive + negative pressure) thermoforming. Servo film-feed conveys plastic sheet through a patented sealed heating oven that brings it to forming temperature. The heated sheet enters the forming station where 6 servo-driven mold clamps close, and combined air pressure + vacuum forces the film into the mold cavities. The web then advances to a punching station (with optional indentation, bottom-hole and side-hole punching), then a transfer-cutting station with ±0.4 mm deviation, then a servo manipulator picks the parts and stacks them on a 2 m conveyor. Waste film is automatically rolled up; an in-line pulverizer can recycle scrap. Delta PLC + 10.4-inch Taiwan touch screen controls the line; Delta temperature controller maintains ±0.5 °C across multiple independently controlled heating zones with auto-compensation.
