Funktionsweise
Operator presses the work start button; AC contactor KM engages and the whirling (rotary vane) air pump starts. The pump generates ~8 kPa pressure / 65 m³/h airflow that draws empty capsules from the floor-level container through a stainless-steel pipe up to the destination hopper on the capsule filling machine. A capsule level sensor at the top of the destination hopper detects when capsules reach the preset height; contactor KM opens and the air pump stops. As production consumes capsules and the level drops below the sensor, timing relay KT triggers a short delay then restarts the pump. The cycle repeats automatically until the source container is empty or operator stops the feeder. Note: timing relay delay should be adjusted to match production speed.

Before each shift, verify the air intake hole is clear (if blocked, motor rotation direction may be reversed and must be adjusted). Insert and fix the stainless steel pipe firmly into the air hole. Wipe down the conveying pipe between SKU changes. Ensure the level sensor is clean. Adjust the timing relay delay to match production speed for optimal restart cadence.
