Funktionsweise

PVC sheet is heated by upper/lower heating plates (with offset connectors for uniform temperature distribution), then thermoformed by positive-pressure air into rigid blisters. Products are filled in the dedicated filling zone (approx. 1.6 m, isolated from heat sources). PTP aluminum foil is heat-sealed over the blisters using a pressurized cylinder. Batch numbers are embossed and tear lines pressed at a dedicated station. Servo motor drives the traction with digitally adjustable stroke via touch-screen. Each station uses an encoder (replacing proximity switches) for precise angular position control. Die-cutting uses a push-plate device to eject finished packs onto the conveyor. For ALU-ALU cold forming, the forming mold is changed to cold-form aluminum foil. Cam stations share a coaxial drive, eliminating gear-driven noise and backlash.
