Funktionsweise

Aluminum caps are loaded into a slowly rotating perforated 316L wash drum inside a sealed 304 SS wash tank. Cleaning combines high-pressure central spray, agitation, water-mixed boiling rinse, ultrasonic cavitation, and self-circulating water fine-wash with recycling filtration (coarse + fine filters). Light contaminants overflow from side troughs; heavy particles settle to the bottom and are removed by the circulating pump through the fine filter. After rinse, caps spin-dry in the drum, then hot-air circulation (heating element + HEPA-grade filter) dries them to the set temperature (70–150 °C, settable). Drum is 316L with 3 internal helical guides that act as agitator paddles during washing and auto-discharge the caps during reverse rotation.

Prozessbeschreibung

1Aluminum caps are loaded into a slowly rotating perforated 316L wash drum inside a sealed 304 SS wash tank.
