Funktionsweise
Bottles enter via the bottle-feeder onto the conveyor; nylon indexing wheels position each at fixed stations. At the fill station, the servo-driven ceramic micro-pump dispenses a precise dose (0.1-2 ml, plus or minus 1% accuracy) through bubble-suppressing dual nozzles. Filled vials advance to the electromagnetic stopper-insertion station, then to the crimping station where three-knife rotary heads apply aluminum crimp caps. The main drive uses a variable-frequency motor for infinitely variable speed control.
