Der SED-1.5PG-M (Vacuum Spray) ist ein speziell für wärmeempfindliche Materialien entwickelter Tieftemperatur-Vakuum-Sprühtrockner, der den gesamten Sprühtrocknungsprozess in einer Vakuumumgebung abschließt und die Trocknungstemperatur auf 40–80 °Cdeutlich senkt. Damit eignet es sich ideal für Enzyme, lebende Bakterien und andere Biologika, traditionelle chinesische Medizin (TCM) und Naturproduktextrakte mit hohem Zuckergehalt, hitzeempfindliche Polymere und Materialien, die beim Erhitzen vergasen. Die Maschine ist in sich geschlossen, benötigt keine Hilfsausrüstung und arbeitet über einen Ein-Taste-Start mit einem vollfarbigen LCD-Touchscreen.
