Funktionsweise
Sample is delivered by peristaltic pump to a 316 SS two-fluid spray nozzle (2–3 bar compressed air) and atomized into a mist. Droplets are instantly dried (1.0–1.5 s) in the drying chamber by hot air (30–300 °C) from the 0.55 kW fan; water evaporation rate 1,500–2,000 mL/h. Dry powder passes through the cyclone separator into the collection bottle; waste liquid is recovered in the waste bottle. The auto through-needle nozzle cleaner (frequency adjustable) automatically clears blockages.
