SED-2PG1-Z — SED-PG Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Feed liquid is pumped to the top-mounted two-fluid nozzle and atomized into fine droplets by compressed air. The blower draws ambient air through the air heater into the drying chamber, where hot air contacts the droplets and instantly evaporates moisture. Dried powder is carried with the airstream into the cyclone separator — main product collected at the bottom vessel; fine particles are captured by the auxiliary bag filter.
