SED-GSP ist ein automatischer Hochgeschwindigkeits-Trockenmittelbeuteleinsetzer mit einem Kopf, der Beutel von einer Endlosrolle schneidet und sie mit bis zu 85–90 Flaschen/Minute (Spitze ~120 Flaschen/Minute) in Flaschen auf einem Förderband ablegt. Im Vergleich zum SED-GS mit einer neuen Materialladescheibe, einem fein einstellbaren Farbmarkierungssensor (X/Z-Richtung), einem System zur Erkennung leerer Beutel, einer Closed-Loop-Erkennung fehlender Beutel und einem neu gestalteten Schneider aufgerüstet. Kompatibel mit runden, ovalen, quadratischen und flachen quadratischen Flaschen bis zu Ø100 mm und H 160 mm. 304 Edelstahlkonstruktion, GMP-konform. Geeignet für die Pharma-, Industrie-, Chemie- und Lebensmittelindustrie. Kann unabhängig betrieben oder in eine Produktionslinie mit Flaschentrennern, Zählmaschinen, Verschließmaschinen und Etikettiermaschinen integriert werden.
