Funktionsweise
A color-mark sensor on the panel mechanism controls the cutter action: when the sensor detects the color mark on the desiccant roll, the synchronous-belt feed wheel stops and the cutter cuts one sachet. The synchronous belt drive ensures stable feeding. After the sensor receives a signal, the bottle-stop cylinder activates to hold the bottle in position. A servo motor + PLC keeps cutting and bottle-stop actions synchronized. Mounting screws are adjustable to accommodate different bottle diameters. When no bottle is present, the machine stops; it restarts automatically when a bottle is detected.
Prozessbeschreibung
