Sample is placed inside the acrylic transparent vacuum tank with water around it(water level~10 mm above the perforated press plate). The instrument evacuates the tank via either a compressed-air-driven Venturi vacuum generator(compressor version) or an external rotary-vane vacuum pump(vacuum-pump version). When the tank pressure reaches the set negative pressure ±accuracy band, the pump cycles off; if pressure rises above the band, the pump kicks back in. Sealed packaging in the water has higher internal pressure than the surrounding tank — leaks emit a stream of bubbles visible through the acrylic. After the user-set hold time elapses(1–9999 s), the instrument automatically opens the relief solenoid valve, returning tank pressure to atmospheric.

التنظيف والصيانة

Keep air source dry and clean; regularly clean inlet filter. Drain water from air compressor regularly. Keep equipment and surroundings clean. Periodically check pressure-display accuracy; recalibrate if drift is found(calibration password 3052). Check vacuum-pump oil level — keep between upper and lower marks; replace oil when emulsified or contaminated.
