مبدأ العمل
Batch static vacuum drying. Material is loaded onto trays placed on the heated baking rack inside a sealed chamber. The chamber is evacuated by a 5.5 kW SKA-5111 water-ring vacuum pump(with DDC-JQ50 electromagnetic check valve) to lower the boiling point of moisture/solvent so heat-sensitive materials evaporate at low temperature. A steam coil at the top of the chamber equalises heating and prevents upper/lower temperature gradient. Shanghai Yatai XMTD-3000 temperature controller with digital PID maintains set-point. Synchronised shutoff of pump and check valve prevents back-suction of pump water/oil. Optional condenser recovers solvent.

After use, clean box body and rack joint fouling areas with water. Pull out drying rack via rack handle for interior access. Regularly inspect vacuum gauge Y-100, temperature gauge, and XMTD-3000 controller; replace promptly if damaged. Door seal life approximately 3–5 years; replace immediately if steam leakage occurs. Before any electrical maintenance, disconnect external and panel power.
