Several kinds of material are fed into the granulator vessel for dry mixing by the rotor stirring oar(low speed→ high speed). Binder is then added and the stirring oar makes the wet mass. The high-speed star-cutter(10 blades) chops the wet mass into uniform wet granules. Different granule sizes are obtained by adjusting the binder concentration, cutter speed, and operating time — giving reproducible batch-to-batch size, density, and flowability. PLC-sequenced pneumatic lid open/close and discharge port. Dust-proof cartridge filter(Φ100) handles vessel exhaust.

CIP cleaning port with spray ball integrated in vessel. Main stirring blade lifted by air cylinder for cleaning access. Mirror-polished SUS304 contact surfaces. Wash vessel with running water then clean water with lid open; close vessel after washing. Clean compressed-air filter every 6–12 months; drain oil-water separator regularly.
