Feed water enters via the Grundfos CRN1-7(316) feed pump(with Schneider VFD), passes the pre-heater and is evaporated in the double-tube-sheet evaporator. The double-tube-sheet construction prevents primary-steam contamination of the pure-steam stream. Generated pure steam is condensed in a recondenser for sampling — its conductivity(Bürkert 8619 + 8221S, 0.055-20μS/cm) and temperature(PT100) are monitored continuously. Plant steam is regulated through a GEMU/Bürkert pneumatic PID valve and trapped via Spirax Sarco. PLC + HMI manage all automation; a 6-channel paper recorder logs pressures/temperatures.
