SED-2700KJWZ-L — Rubber Stopper Washing Machine Interface: Sterile Bag Counting and Discharging Transfer ORABs

Sterile bags are introduced via a side door and surface-sterilized inside the ORABs. The first bag is fixed by a pneumatic clamp; a second bag is placed inside it as an inner bag and also clamped. The sterile bag opening is aligned with the rubber stopper counting machine outlet. Foot switches start washing-machine discharge; the counting machine stops the flow at the preset count, then the inner bag is hand-tied and the outer bag is heat-sealed(160–170°C, 0.8–1.2 s, 0.4 MPa, 550×4 mm sealing face). Sealed bags exit through side door 2. Three high-efficiency filters with German EBM fans maintain laminar flow at 0.36–0.54 m/s and Class A(ISO 5) cleanliness inside the cabinet under 5–10 Pa positive pressure.
