Tablets enter via a vibrating-table feeder(with powder/granule filter screen) connected to the tablet press or filling machine. Material passes into a dual-centrifugal turntable that uses centrifugal force to align and space tablets into single-file for even feeding onto the first-stage vacuum-suction conveyor belt(PU belt). At the first inspection station, cameras photograph the upper surface and surrounding area. Tablets transfer to the second-stage vacuum-suction conveyor(driven by pressure differential between the two belt levels), where the lower surface is inspected. Based on template comparison and the detection algorithm(DIP/PR for traditional defects; CNN deep learning for complex patterns), defective tablets are rejected into a 304 stainless steel collection box via solenoid-valve-controlled rejection mechanism. Qualified tablets exit through the discharge port.
