Auger volumetric + scale feedback: auger rotates by preset pulse count to dispense powder into bottle/bag→ electronic scale weighs→ PLC compares actual weight to target and automatically adjusts pulse count proportionally(correction mode). Stirrer prevents material bridging/caking; float-ball level sensor controls feeder start/stop.
