Saturated pure steam is used as the sterilization medium in the inner chamber. Jacket ordinary boiler steam preheats and maintains chamber wall temperature to prevent condensation-induced temperature drops. The double-leaf motorized doors are gas-sealed with medical-grade silicone gaskets. Door interlocks prevent opening while chamber is pressurized; steam admission is blocked unless doors are fully sealed. Temperature and pressure are monitored by Pt100 probes and HUBA sensors; cycle data are printed and recorded by a micro printer with EPSON chip.
