Pulsating-vacuum saturated-steam sterilization. The horizontal double-layer chamber(SS316L inner vessel, SS304 fully-enclosed jacket) uses pulsating vacuum exhaust to eliminate residual cold air, ensuring temperature uniformity throughout the load. Saturated steam at 0.4–0.6 MPa(working: 0.22 MPa / 134 °C) is then admitted; the steam's latent heat condenses on the sterilized items, raising them to sterilization temperature. After the sterilization hold time, vacuum drying combined with jacket heating dries the load. Process flow: Auto Preparation→ Pulsating Vacuum→ Heat-Up→ Sterilization→ Drying→ End. All parameters are monitored and recorded in real time by Siemens PLC; sterilization reports(pressure, temperature, time, F0 value) are printed by the micro printer.
