The operator loads bulk caps into the 304 SS hopper. The PVC-belt bucket elevator continuously elevates caps to the vibratory bowl on demand. A photoelectric sensor mounted in the vibratory bowl detects the cap level: when full it pauses the elevator; when empty it restarts feeding. The vibratory bowl orients caps mouth-up and discharges them in single-file to the downstream capping machine.
