Pulsating vacuum: the water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the chamber multiple times(pulses) before steam injection to thoroughly displace cold air. Steam enters the chamber, condenses, and releases latent heat to achieve sterilization. During steam injection and sterilization, the water-ring pump continuously aspirates through an adjustable intake and drains condensate through a small-section valve, maintaining dynamic conditions that ensure uniform temperature distribution and prevent accumulation of condensate or non-condensable gases. Post-sterilization vacuum drying removes residual moisture. A PALL 0.22µm absolute-retention air filter ensures sterile air for pressure compensation.
