Como funciona
Nested PFS tubs are loaded into the inlet of a Class A glove box where the operator manually opens the secondary outer pack, peels the Tyvek lid and removes the inner sterile film. The machine indexes the now-exposed nest under a multi-axis pick head; servo-driven (Mitsubishi) grippers pick the syringes out of the nest cells row-by-row (de-nest) and place them into the discharge tube / star-wheel that feeds the downstream filler in single file. Smart sensors (Omron photoelectric / proximity) verify cell occupancy, gripper position and outfeed; a Mitsubishi PLC + Weintek HMI sequences the cycle and shows real-time station status, faults and alarms.
