Como funciona

Compressed air (0.4–0.8 MPa, set to 0.5 MPa) drives the main piston cylinder (80×200 mm). On the suction stroke, material is drawn through a stainless suction tube into the material cylinder; pneumatic mechanical and reed switches reverse the cylinder, and on the discharge stroke material is forced out through a stainless tee into the downstream hopper or filling head. Adjustable feed-rate and discharge-rate valves let the operator tune pumping speed and discharge pace to material viscosity.

Limpeza e manutenção

Cut the air supply before dismantling. Do not spray water directly on the body to protect pneumatic controls. Wipe stainless surfaces with alcohol; do not scrape with hard/sharp objects. Material cylinder and SS tee are designed for quick removal and washing. Replace worn seals (80×5.7 piston seal, 63 mm gasket) promptly. Do not disassemble or oil the air cylinder — factory-lubricated.
