مبدأ العمل

Compressed air(0.4–0.8 MPa, set to 0.5 MPa) drives the main piston cylinder(80×200 mm). On the suction stroke, material is drawn through a stainless suction tube into the material cylinder; pneumatic mechanical and reed switches reverse the cylinder, and on the discharge stroke material is forced out through a stainless tee into the downstream hopper or filling head. Adjustable feed-rate and discharge-rate valves let the operator tune pumping speed and discharge pace to material viscosity.

التنظيف والصيانة

Cut the air supply before dismantling. Do not spray water directly on the body to protect pneumatic controls. Wipe stainless surfaces with alcohol; do not scrape with hard/sharp objects. Material cylinder and SS tee are designed for quick removal and washing. Replace worn seals(80×5.7 piston seal, 63 mm gasket) promptly. Do not disassemble or oil the air cylinder — factory-lubricated.
