Como funciona
Gear-pump draw-and-fill system with lifting/submerging nozzle design to prevent foaming. Bottles travel on a chain-plate conveyor in a linear layout. Photoelectric sensors detect bottle count; front and rear gates control bottle entry/exit to the filling zone. Each of the 8 filling nozzles operates independently with individually programmable fill time. Sanitary glass check-valves mid-pipe prevent drip. Operational parameters (timing for each motion: bottle entry delay, exit delay, early rise, delayed descent, gate delays, drip-tray open/close delays) are fully configurable from the HMI.

Periodically inspect and clean the feed pipe filter screen to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump head. Periodically check the glass check-valve return status — replace if return is not smooth. If the machine is idle for an extended period, drain and clean the pipe contents, then fill with purified water to maintain pump body moisture. Before restarting after long idle, use the supplied syringe to prime liquid to above the pump body level to avoid dry-friction gear wear. Periodically drain moisture from the compressed-air supply to protect pneumatic components.
