The SED-6YTGX-L is a complete automatic edible-oil bottling line built around the SED-6YTG-L 6-head servo-driven piston filler (with cylinder retraction for cleaning), and includes an automatic cap sorter (SED-1500LGJ-L)

Servo-driven double lead-screw drives 6 piston groups using the piston self-priming principle (no elevated tank needed); Panasonic photoelectric sensors trigger fill only when a bottle is in position. Bottles then auto-flow on the 82.6 mm SS conveyor to cap sorter → tracked-belt capper → labeler → shrink-cap heat tunnel → inkjet coder.

Filler hopper has independent CIP cleaning piping and quick-clamp piping with anti-drip gaskets at every joint. Filling nozzle equipped with drip-catch / suck-back to prevent product leak. Routine: 12-month free service.
