Como funciona
Once-through structure: feed water first passes through the condenser to absorb flue-gas heat, then enters the lower header and absorbs heat through finned tubes. At approximately the midpoint (~1/2) the water vaporises to steam; the steam passes through the patented steam-water separator in the upper header; saturated steam is discharged while condensate recirculates via 3 once-through tubes back to the lower header. ±0.1° precision premixing of air:fuel ratio 1:9 ensures complete combustion. Italian Bekaert metal-fibre mesh radiant surface burner with flame temperature ~800 °C; low-temperature radiant combustion suppresses NOx formation. DC variable-frequency premix fan (FASCO/AMETEK) provides 9-stage linear output.
