SED-600QYDJ-C automatic ampoule inspection machine. 100% machine-vision inspection of 2–100 mL ampoules for visible foreign particles (down to 40 μm, adjustable), seal quality and fill level. Up to 600 vials/min at 2 mL.
Como funciona
Ampoules are conveyed to an infeed screw, separated, and transferred onto starwheels into multiple inspection stations. At each station the bottle is clamped between an upper and lower head and the servo motor spins it to high speed; the motor brakes suddenly so the liquid keeps rotating by inertia. A Basler industrial camera tracking on a servo-driven moving stage takes sequential images per ampoule. Image-processing software analyzes the motion trajectory of moving objects across the image sequence — air bubbles and noise are filtered out by adjacent-frame continuity, while particles are detected and classified by color/shape/trajectory. The 4 dynamic stations use different rotation/brake profiles and lighting (high-brightness bottom light, slow spin/slow brake, fast spin/fast brake, and back-light for non-reflective particles). Static stations check large bottom particles. After inspection, qualified ampoules go to the qualified channel via starwheel; unqualified ampoules are diverted by negative-pressure vacuum rejection.
