Como funciona
Wet mass from upstream granulation enters the extruder, where the SS304 screw extrudes it through the bowl screen (Φ0.8–Φ3.5 mm). The extrudate falls onto the centrifugal Φ355 mm rotating disk inside the SS304 spheronization container; centrifugal force and disk texture roll the cylindrical extrudate into spherical pellets without binder addition. Once spheronization is complete, the same chamber switches to coating mode: the 2.2 kW blower draws air through the G4/F8/H13 filter train and 6 kW heater, while the BT100 peristaltic pump feeds coating solution from the 2 L SS304 tank to the Φ1.2 mm SS304 spray gun for film coating onto the fluidized pellet bed. LG PLC + Kinco HMI sequence the cycle.
