Liquid feed enters the bottom of a vertical thin-walled rotating bowl through a feeding nozzle. Centrifugal force at up to ~18,500 G drives the heavier phase (solids) to adhere to the bowl wall while clarified liquid overflows the top into the collection pan. When the bowl fills with solids, the machine is stopped, the bowl removed via wrench, and solids scraped out. A check-valve bowl cover prevents back-flow contamination on stop. Voltage-regulator stepless speed control (max 175V) plus high-speed belt drive lets operators tune G-force to material characteristics. Optional cooling coil maintains feed temperature for heat-sensitive bio products.

Limpeza e manutenção

After bowl fills with solids: close feed valve, wait several minutes, press stop. After bowl fully halts, remove bowl with bowl wrench, open with bottom-shaft wrench, scrape solids out with scraper/rake, clean carefully, reinstall with attention to PTFE seal washer (leakage occurs if omitted). Lubrication: high-speed bearings every 2-3 months with special high-speed grease; sliding bearings in liquid-in seat are self-lubricating, apply a little grease at each use. Spindle (spring-coupled halves) repairs must be returned to manufacturer.
