SED-4-1YTGX-M is a complete turnkey vial filling and rolling-cap production line for 5/10/20 ml glass vials. Standard configuration: SED-zp-M unscrambler/turntable + SED-70CXP-M ultrasonic vial washer (6 heads) + SED-100

Como funciona
Vials enter via the SED-zp-M turntable (50–80 bpm) which auto-orients fallen bottles upright using a rotating disc and mechanical lifter, then conveys them to the SED-70CXP-M 6-head ultrasonic washer (60–70 bpm, variable-frequency). Washed bottles pass through the SED-100RXG-M tunnel oven: preheat zone 100–150°C (2–3 min), then high-temperature sterilization zone 200–550°C (10–15 min), achieving FH ≥1365 over 20 min. Clean sterile bottles enter the SED-4-1YTG-M 4-head filler: 316L pumps fill 20–100 ml with ±1.5% accuracy, 1-head cap placement, 1-head rolling-cap. The line ends with the SED-100YDT-M vertical self-adhesive labeler (60–100 bpm).
