Confirm power, air and liquid lines. Operator pours stoppers into vibrator hopper, sets fill volume on touchscreen, manually inserts empty bag at clamp interface and steps on foot switch. Filling head presses down on bag opening; sanitary diaphragm valve opens; sanitary turbine flowmeter measures fill; valve closes when set volume reached; head lifts. Bag transferred by cylinder to sealing station. Vibrator bowl orients stoppers; vacuum nozzle picks one and presses it into bag's soft-tube port via sealing cylinder (no adhesive). Sealed bag falls onto belt conveyor and exits. The two filling heads operate independently (load-one-while-fill-the-other).
