Como funciona
Operator (or upstream sleeve-applicator) places the heat-shrinkable PVC/PP/POF sleeve over the bottle/cap. The 812-pitch stainless-steel chain conveyor (0–10 m/min) carries each bottle through the heated tunnel (1000×150×150 mm) where steel-element heaters radiate 7 kW into the tunnel air. The tunnel-air temperature softens the sleeve below its shrink temperature; sleeve contracts isotropically and forms tightly to the bottle surface. Bottles exit cool enough for downstream packing.
Processo de funcionamento

Limpeza e manutenção
Power off and let tunnel cool. Remove sleeve / film scraps from chain conveyor and reject tray. Wipe stainless conveyor links with neutral detergent. Inspect heater elements periodically for damage; check conveyor chain tension and lubricate per manual.
