Como funciona
Cans are conveyed into the sealing station and clamped by a fixture. The chamber is closed, the integrated vacuum pump evacuates to 40–90 kPa negative pressure (vacuum mode) or evacuates and back-fills with nitrogen to <3% residual O2 (vacuum + N2 mode). Two roller knives then engage the can body and rotate it against the lid, producing a double-seam closure. After sealing, the chamber vents and the can is released to the discharge conveyor. PLC monitors missing-cap and fault conditions and pauses the line.

Limpeza e manutenção
Cap dispenser holds 200 caps per stack — replenish as low-cap alarm triggers. Changeover to a new can diameter requires swap of sealing die, clamp and cap dispenser (~40 min); same-diameter different height adjusted in 5 min via hand-wheel screw — no parts swap. Standard tool kit included; spare wear parts available (photo/proximity sensors, sealing head, roller knives, cylinders, motors).
