Como funciona
Two saw-tooth dispersion discs mounted on a high-speed shaft both rotate (self-rotation up to 2200 rpm) and revolve (planetary motion 0–35 rpm) inside a sealed SUS304 jacketed vessel. Simultaneously two low-speed stirring blades (0–55 rpm) plus a wall scraper sweep the entire volume with a small clearance (2–4 mm to bottom, ~4 mm to wall), eliminating dead zones. Combined kneading and high-shear dispersion under vacuum (≤-0.095 MPa) produces homogeneous, de-aerated mixing of high-viscosity pastes. The vessel can be raised/lowered hydraulically for charging and cleaning.
Processo de funcionamento
1Two saw-tooth dispersion discs mounted on a high-speed shaft both rotate (self-rotation up to 2200 rpm) and revolve (planetary motion 0–35 rpm) inside a sealed SUS304 jacketed vessel.

Limpeza e manutenção
Lower vessel via hydraulic lift, remove discharge through G2" (DN50) ball valve, then access mirror-polished SUS304 interior for CIP/manual cleaning. Inspect O-rings (silicone/FKM/NBR), mechanical seal (SiC-S + fluoro-rubber), scraper Teflon edge and timing belt periodically; spares included as wear parts. Lubricate high-speed bearings with Great Wall 7412 grease.
