Como funciona
Bottles enter on the conveyor and are timed/separated into the labelling station. A 500 mm reel of shrink-sleeve film is fed by a servo drive via dynamic tension control; a servo-driven cutter (±1 mm) cuts the label. The servo guide-column shoots the sleeve onto the bottle. Bottles then pass through the special hot-air-type heat-shrink tunnel (high-temperature fan; recirculating hot-air channel; optional multi-zone temperature control) for final shrink. Machine height adjusts to bottle height.
Processo de funcionamento
