Como funciona
Raw water → raw-water tank → sand filter → activated carbon filter → sodium ion exchanger → 0.45 µm precision filter → single-stage RO (recovery ~75%, desalination ≥ 97%) → ozone sterilization + mixing tower → treated water tank. Bottles (preforms blown to PET bottles) are conveyed by air conveyor to the monoblock where they are rinsed with ozone water, gravity-filled to the set level, and capped. Filled bottles pass laser date-coder, bottle dryer, and pressureless conveyor before OPP hot-glue labeling and PE-film shrink over-wrapping.

Limpeza e manutenção
CIP connection on filling monoblock for sanitary cleaning of filling heads and liquid path. Auto-stop washing spray when no bottles present. Conveyor lubrication system with water spray, drip tray and drain. RO membrane cleaning system included.
