Como funciona
Cycle: (1) fill pre-cooled water tank; (2) apply 3-phase 4-wire power; (3) charge compressed-air receiver to 0.8 MPa, regulate to 0.5–0.6 MPa; (4) steam at 0.4–0.5 MPa; (5) load product, engage mechanical safety interlock, open door seal with compressed air; (6) sterilize — temperature controller cycles steam inlet valve to compensate heat absorption, pressure auto-regulated by inlet/vent valves; (7) cool — cold water floods retort to discharge temperature; (8) drain cooling water, vent residual pressure; (9) disengage interlock, close compressed air seal, unload product. Large-bore steam line ensures fast temperature rise to retain food flavor and color.

SUS304 perforated sterilization trays (1200 × 450 × 150 mm, 3 per set) allow free water flow for thorough rinsing. Drain all cooling water after each cycle. Rinse chamber interior with clean water. Pneumatic auto-drain water filter requires periodic maintenance.
