Cycle:(1) fill pre-cooled water tank;(2) apply 3-phase 4-wire power;(3) charge compressed-air receiver to 0.8 MPa, regulate to 0.5–0.6 MPa;(4) steam at 0.4–0.5 MPa;(5) load product, engage mechanical safety interlock, open door seal with compressed air;(6) sterilize — temperature controller cycles steam inlet valve to compensate heat absorption, pressure auto-regulated by inlet/vent valves;(7) cool — cold water floods retort to discharge temperature;(8) drain cooling water, vent residual pressure;(9) disengage interlock, close compressed air seal, unload product. Large-bore steam line ensures fast temperature rise to retain food flavor and color.
