Fonctionnement
Empty bottles enter the inline conveyor and are positioned by the bottle-grip mechanism. Caps are loaded into the cap hopper, oriented automatically, and delivered to the cap-place station via the lift/cap-feed assembly. The cap is set on the bottle, then the press-cap (capping) mechanism applies controlled force to seal the cap. Sensors verify cap presence and seating; bottles failing inspection are diverted by the reject-kick assembly. Sealed bottles discharge via the outfeed conveyor. Bottle-grip, cap-press and conveyor motors run on VFDs so the operator can dial 0–6000 bph from the Delta HMI.
