Funcionamiento
Empty bottles enter the inline conveyor and are positioned by the bottle-grip mechanism. Caps are loaded into the cap hopper, oriented automatically, and delivered to the cap-place station via the lift/cap-feed assembly. The cap is set on the bottle, then the press-cap (capping) mechanism applies controlled force to seal the cap. Sensors verify cap presence and seating; bottles failing inspection are diverted by the reject-kick assembly. Sealed bottles discharge via the outfeed conveyor. Bottle-grip, cap-press and conveyor motors run on VFDs so the operator can dial 0–6000 bph from the Delta HMI.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Empty bottles enter the inline conveyor and are positioned by the bottle-grip mechanism.
2Caps are loaded into the cap hopper, oriented automatically, and delivered to the cap-place station via the lift/cap-feed assembly.
3The cap is set on the bottle, then the press-cap (capping) mechanism applies controlled force to seal the cap.
