Fonctionnement

Operator pushes the rotary cage on a trolley into the chamber and locks the door. PLC triggers the multistage centrifugal pump (5.5 kW CDL8-13) to circulate detergent solution from the wash tank, mixing it before the spray valve opens. Detergent is then sprayed via 304 stainless-steel nozzles (cone and fan, multi-angle staggered layout) at 6 bar onto inside and outside of the rotating cage (driven by a 0.37 kW gear-motor); used liquid returns through a filter to the tank. Two rinse cycles follow with heated tap water and then purified water, with effluent draining via the rinse-waste valve. A blower (0.84 kW) and a 6 kW electric heater push hot clean compressed air through the nozzles for the air-knife drying step. Door is then opened manually for unloading.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each use, drain and clean the detergent tank: open the manual waste drain valve until the used solution fully drains, then flush the tank and close the valve before refilling with fresh detergent solution.
