Fonctionnement
The operator pours caps into the hopper. A vibrating device conveys them through a feeding chute to the cap-loading position. The conveyor delivers bottles to a rotating star wheel that holds them at the cap-loading station; as each bottle passes the chute end, a cap is applied. The capping head then rotates and tightens the cap to a preset torque (constant-torque mode) -- once torque is reached, the head stops automatically. The capped bottle is released back to the conveyor by the star wheel for downstream processing.

Embedded snap-fit structure simplifies disassembly and cleaning. Sealed electrical compartments protect controls during washdown of product-contact zones. Bottle changeover for the SED-40YG-B variant requires star-wheel/cap-chute swap (~40 minutes).
