The SED-YG is an automatic cap-pressing/screw-capping machine for round plastic bottles, used in pharmaceutical, food, beverage and cosmetic packaging lines. A vibrating cap loader feeds caps via chute while a star wheel

مبدأ العمل

The operator pours caps into the hopper. A vibrating device conveys them through a feeding chute to the cap-loading position. The conveyor delivers bottles to a rotating star wheel that holds them at the cap-loading station; as each bottle passes the chute end, a cap is applied. The capping head then rotates and tightens the cap to a preset torque(constant-torque mode) -- once torque is reached, the head stops automatically. The capped bottle is released back to the conveyor by the star wheel for downstream processing.
