Funcionamiento
The operator pours caps into the hopper. A vibrating device conveys them through a feeding chute to the cap-loading position. The conveyor delivers bottles to a rotating star wheel that holds them at the cap-loading station; as each bottle passes the chute end, a cap is applied. The capping head then rotates and tightens the cap to a preset torque (constant-torque mode) -- once torque is reached, the head stops automatically. The capped bottle is released back to the conveyor by the star wheel for downstream processing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1The operator pours caps into the hopper.
2A vibrating device conveys them through a feeding chute to the cap-loading position.
3The conveyor delivers bottles to a rotating star wheel that holds them at the cap-loading station; as each bottle passes the chute end, a cap is applied.
4The capping head then rotates and tightens the cap to a preset torque (constant-torque mode) -- once torque is reached, the head stops automatically.
5The capped bottle is released back to the conveyor by the star wheel for downstream processing.
