Fonctionnement

Operator places product on the horizontal conveyor (or links to upstream filler / packer). The bag-separator mechanism gaps products evenly. As each product passes the photoelectric bottle sensor, the PLC fires the label-feed motor; the self-adhesive label peels off the backing as it traverses the dispense plate. A second sensor reads the gap between labels and stops the feed motor at the right moment; a roller / wiping mechanism then presses the label onto the moving product (with synchronised conveyor motion to avoid relative slip), giving a smooth flat application. Counter and alarm functions track production and flag missing labels.

Nettoyage et entretien

Power off and brush down conveyor, dispense plate, and roller between products. Wipe SS304 contact path with neutral detergent. Clean photoelectric sensor windows periodically with lint-free wipe to keep label-gap detection accurate.
